I’ve been breastfeeding (or tandem nursing!) for over six years — and even longer than that, I’ve been an avid runner, hiker, and lover of all things active.

These days, movement looks a little different — with kids in tow, a baby on my hip, or a toddler in the carrier — but staying active is still part of who I am.
